Gazpacho Recipe


Gazpacho is a cold soup that is a staple of Spanish cuisine, particularly in the southern region of Andalusia. It is a delicious and refreshing way to enjoy the fresh flavors of tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and garlic. Here is an easy recipe for making gazpacho at home:


  • 1 kg of ripe tomatoes
  • 1 peeled and seedless cucumber
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • Salt to taste


  1. Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, and pepper into large pieces and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Add the peeled garlic cloves, olive oil, and red wine vinegar.
  3. Mix everything well and let it sit for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  4. Add salt to taste and mix again.
  5. Using a blender or food processor, puree everything until smooth.
  6. Add the cup of cold water and mix again.
  7. Taste the gazpacho and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  8. Refrigerate the gazpacho for at least an hour before serving so that it is nice and cold.

You can serve the gazpacho in individual bowls or tall glasses. You can also garnish it with cucumber, pepper, or croutons. Enjoy this delicious and healthy cold soup!
