The stunning Villa Pisani is one of our most popular villas on the Costa Tropical and always gets fully booked throughout the summer. Located in the exclusive Monte de los Almendros, near Salobrena, it has stunning views over the sea and beach, and boasts a unique cascade between the two swimming pools, one shallow, one deep, together with beautifully maintained landscaped gardens. These include 5 giant sized palm trees, each floodlit at night, along with the the two pools. There are multiple areas to choose to sunbathe - because of its South facing location, this property has sun throughout the day. This villa is designed for outdoor living for most of the year, with a large dining table for ten, adjustable awnings to provide shade as required, an outdoor kitchen with sink, BBQ and paella gas ring, an outdoor seating area with sofas, separate tables and chairs, and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas throughout the grounds. Inside, the kitchen has top of the range appliances. The living areas have been “interior designed” with colours reflecting the beauty of the area, and both upstairs bathrooms are brand new. The air conditioned large living room features a spacious seating and dining area, with doors opening onto an outdoor balcony as well as directly onto the gardens and pool area. There is also a sound system, with adaptors to play music from your mobile devices, or from the CD collection, which you are free to use for your enjoyment. There is free wifi throughout and the televisions receive all main UK channels, Spanish Television and multiple programming from European countries. The spacious master ensuite bedroom has separate air conditioning and picture windows providing spectacular views. Upstairs you also find the second bathroom, two further bedrooms, each with doors opening directly onto the gardens and pool. Downstairs is the fourth bedroom, a third bathroom and a large cinema styled room, featuring the latest 55 inch multi-media television, and sofas. There is a collection of DVDs in the house - an ideal area for children to play. Bedroom configuration allows for 2 double bedrooms and two twins, both of which can also be used as doubles. There is also complimentary access to the facilities of the Monte de Los Almedros, including two pools, tennis courts, a library with wifi and bar. The facilities, shops, restaurants and beaches of Salobrena are less ten minutess away by car.
