The Costa Tropical with its unique coastal towns Salobreña, Almuñecar and La Herradura is well commuted and easily accessible via modern highways with low traffic.

The A7 highway in the West (Málaga) follows the romantic coastline of the Costa del Sol, which is first flat, but then more and more mountainous torwards the more unspoiled and natural Costa Tropical. Plenty popular tourist ressorts like Torre Del Mar, Torrox de la Costa and Nerja (Balcón de Europa) invite you for a quick stop along the road.

The A44 highway (Granada) leads you directly through the majestic Sierra Nevada with its over 3000m high peaks, which are covered in snow during winter. To spot a few windsurfers on one of the barrier lakes along the route is not uncommon. The dry and cliffy country site of Granada with its olive groves has captivated many visitors’ minds and hearts  forever. Even more so once they have heard the local Flamenco music and tried Andalusian cuisine.

You may land in Malaga or Granada, either way the route torwards your final destination (Costa Tropical) will offer you already great landscapes, totally different from what you are used to.The beautiful views from the car window are just announcing what awaits you at your holiday villa with private pool and endless seaview.
