When renting for up to 8 people, our staff will prepare the main house plus the Option 2 one-bedroom apartment.

When renting for up to 12 people, our staff will prepare the main house plus the two apartments, Option 3

When house is not rented under option 3, the remaining part will remain closed. It cannot be used but will not be rented to any other group.

All options have use of the pool, garages and common areas.
